EXPORT OF STAINLESS STEEL TUBING
We would like to export a consignment of stainless steel tubing to Malaysia. The tubes are all 5 meters in length, but of various bores. The weight is approximately 20 tons.
The consignment is to be sent to Asian Industries, Kuala Lumpur Airport, Malaysia and should arrive by the end of February.

We have received a letter form Mr. W.J. Larsen, dated June 28, regarding the loan listed above, Since receipt of that letter we have discussed the particulars of the loan with our loan committee in order to have the conditions surrounding the original transaction clearly in mind. That committee has subsequently enumerated specific conditions to be met to close the load satisfactorily.
Our original commitment required a first chattel mortgage on all of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment in the client’s three plants, We are requiring, therefore, the all of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment in the three plants be a first chattel mortgage and that there be no lines outstanding against and of the items.
We are not requiring a fist chattel mortgage on the boxes in Allegheny County: but we will take a mortgage on those boxes, subject to any purchase money debt now outstanding on them.
A copy of Mr. Larsen’ letter is enclosed for your files, We hope this information will help you achieve an expedition closing of the transaction.
